MINDSHARE HUDDLE EVENT 

 

OBI was briefed to develop an engaging experiential activity for the Mindshare Huddle event to both bring

people to MIQ’s stand, engage them and reflect their brand proposition

of  Be the Hero’.

A virtual reality, wing suit flying experience was offered to participants with a prize for the fastest participant to fly down the virtual mountain without mishap! A dressing up box enabled stand visitors to dress up and be photographed in their favourite superhero outfit, complete with cape and mask. Photos were shared on line on a promotional # and the winner won an indoor sky diving experience.

RESULTS

The nature of the technology and the prime position within the event space meant that there were queues waiting to participate.

 

All flyers data was collected and the sales team were able to get ‘up close and personal’ in assisting flyers,  making some great contacts along  the way...
